So Jenn came to visit!

I've definitely fallen behind, but it's time to catch up again! Starting... way back in February, when Jenn, Dee and Laura arrived on a lovely London day. I was walking home from class and saw some nifty wall art of the sculptural...

... and painted sort! I do love this dog. ^^

There was even some less polished bits, just in time for Valentine's Day.

Chasing the girls down turned out to be an adventure. But it was a lovely day to be out, if a bit chilly. The Eye was looking lovely.

As was the palace!

Plus there were just enough clouds to make the sunset interesting.

Shiny things!

I even saw the mounted police wander by.

And the palace light up for the night.

But finally I found Jenn, yay! Just in time to duck in somewhere warm for dinner.

The next day called for a bit of exploring. We went to visit Borough Market for a look around and lunch.

It's always a colorful and interesting place with fresh foods of all sorts.

Lookit all those healthy things!

After a delicious lunch a good dose of fright seemed like just the thing, and we ended up testing out the London Bridge Experience.

It was a nice introduction to the history of the bridge to begin with, with a bit of entertaining acting, and then a most exciting haunted house. Quite the scare, but great fun as well!

A bit of a wander along the Thames took us by this old bit of church...

... once much more complete.

And by the Globe.

And then into the Tate Modern Art Museum.

The building, an old factory, is a large bit of empty space with some galleries built up one side, but it does have a lovely view out towards the river.

On our way out, we noticed a heart-filled building. London loves you!

The next day it was time to stop by the stadium. There was a lovely embossed-looking building on the way.

And... whatever this was. I think it was attached to a university in some way.

But we made it! Jenn had to pose with all things Arsenal. (Because I told her to. ^^)

We had some more wandering about and passed through Chinatown.

But before too long, it was time for the girls to head back to Dublin. It was definitely a fun visit, though!
