Saturday!

Saturday is a short work day, just until noon. I was thinking of being active this afternoon, but a pleasant beachside seat called to me. Look at the color of that water today!

A photo just doesn't do it justice. I've been writing a bit and working on arrangements for the fall. I'll get around to being active next week! I would like to go over and walk around Gournia and check in on Vasilki and Ierapetra. 

The evening was a mostly lazy one, but I walked out to the little church down from Pacheia Ammos, which was lovely.

I found a thistle...

And some oregano! Which grows -everywhere- here.

Then we went over to the glendi in Kavousi, the next town over, for a few hours after dinner which was quite fun. We got to hang out with some of the Azoria diggers for a bit! 

There was food and music and dancing...

And a trip home for some sleep! Hope the weekend is just as pleasant at home!
